By downloading or using WakeZen ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

WakeZen is a smart alarm app that lets you set alarms and complete small missions (e.g. math, shake, photo) to dismiss them. The app may offer a free tier and a paid subscription (WakeZen Pro) with additional features.

3. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial use.
• Not reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the app or its content.
• Comply with applicable laws and Apple's App Store terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid features (e.g. WakeZen Pro) are subject to the price and terms shown in the app and in the App Store.
• Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Subscriptions.

5. Disclaimers

• The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• WakeZen is not a medical or health device. Do not rely on it for critical wake-up obligations (e.g. work, medication) without a backup.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed alarms or reliance on the app.

7. Changes to Terms or App

We may change these terms or the app at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We may discontinue the app or features with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
